1. DIGITAL SUBSCRIPTIONS

1.1 Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account or contacting our customer support team at [email protected]. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, after which it will not renew.

1.2 Refund Eligibility

For monthly subscriptions: If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a refund within 7 days of the initial purchase. No refunds will be provided after the 7-day period or for subsequent billing cycles.

For annual subscriptions: If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a refund within 14 days of the initial purchase. After the 14-day period, you may request a prorated refund for the unused portion of your subscription, less a cancellation fee of 20% of the remaining value.

2. SPECIAL REPORTS AND ONE-TIME PURCHASES

2.1 Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, such as special reports, analyses, or downloadable content, all sales are final and non-refundable once the digital product has been delivered or access has been granted.

However, if you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing the purchased digital product, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of purchase, and we will either resolve the issue or provide a refund.

2.2 Physical Products

For physical products (if applicable), such as printed reports or merchandise:

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, you may request a replacement or refund within 14 days of delivery by contacting our customer support team and providing photos of the damaged item.

3. EVENT REGISTRATIONS

3.1 Cancellation by Customer

For webinars, conferences, or other events organized by Turkey Politics Today:

• Cancellations made 30 or more days before the event date are eligible for a full refund or transfer to another event.
• Cancellations made 15-29 days before the event date are eligible for a 50% refund or full transfer to another event.
• Cancellations made 14 or fewer days before the event date are not eligible for a refund but may be transferred to another event at our discretion.

3.2 Cancellation by Turkey Politics Today

If we cancel an event, registrants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to another event.

4. CONSULTING SERVICES

For consulting services or custom research projects:

• Cancellations made before work has commenced are eligible for a full refund, less a 10% administrative fee.
• Once work has commenced, refunds will be prorated based on the percentage of work completed, less a 15% administrative fee.
• No refunds will be issued after the final deliverable has been provided.
